INTERNET PRIVACY STATEMENT
Metro Travel Services, Inc. (“Metropolitan Shuttle,” “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors to the website owned by Metropolitan Shuttle. While visiting the Site, We may ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, including but not limited to, your E-mail address, name, home address, credit card and billing information (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of interacting with the Site. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL METROPOLITAN SHUTTLE OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS AND CONSULTANTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE INFORMATION OR MATERIALS ON THE SITE, EVEN IF METROPOLITAN SHUTTLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS PRIVACY POLICY FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
